Town Meeting Agendas and Posting Places:

A detailed agenda for each meeting is posted a minimum of 24 hours before the meeting date.

Posting Places are:

• Pleasant Springs Sanitary District Building, 2083 Williams Dr.
• East side of the Red Oak Court cul-de-sac

The Public Works staff is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of town roads, properties, equipment and parks.

The staff can assist you with your concerns regarding:

• Driveway location on new parcels 
• Brush and Compost Material Disposal
• Access Policy From Private Property to a Town Road and obtaining an application for a second driveway access 
• Mailbox Compliance
• Assistance in Rural Number Installation
• Paving and road repair
• Mowing of parks and ditches
• Snow Plowing of town roads and driveways
• Gravel town roads and road shoulders
• Sign placement, repair and replacement
• Park equipment maintenance and installation
• Disposal of animal carcasses on town roads
• Maintenance of public property
• Cemetery maintenance

If you have questions or concerns about any of the items above, contact the Public Works staff at 608-205-9169. An answering machine will take your message if the staff is unavailable. The crew also has office hours 7:00-8:30 a.m. Monday and Wednesday.
