Requirements for a Building Permit in the Town Of Pleasant Springs.
New Home
- Dane County Zoning and Sanitary Permit
- Town of Pleasant Springs Access Damage Deposit/Permit
- Two (2) complete sets of plans
- Heat loss calculations
- Plans to show complete wall section
- Contractor names, telephone numbers, and certification numbers
- Wisconsin UDC permit form, completely filled out. (This form may be obtained from the building inspector.)
Remodeling
- Floor plan showing size of rooms and area involved
- Contractor names, telephone numbers, and certification numbers
- Approximate cost
- Town of Pleasant Springs Access Damage Deposit/Permit if delivered materials and/or equipment will weigh twelve or more tons including the delivery vehicle weight.
Additions-
- Dane County Zoning and Sanitary Permit
- Town of Pleasant Springs Access Damage Deposit/Permit
- Two (2) sets of plans for additions; One (1) set of plans for decks & outbuildings
- Contractor names, telephone numbers, and certification numbers
- Plans to show complete wall section (additions only)
